Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Sac Empire website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@Sac Empire.example if you suspect unauthorized access.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability.
An order is only confirmed once we send you a confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists between us.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by third-party providers who handle your financial data securely.
Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for most products, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some items (such as opened software, personal audio products) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Warranty
All products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Full warranty terms are provided with each product.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data; impersonate others; upload malware; or interfere with the operation of the Service.
Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including logos, product images, text, and code — is owned by Sac Empire or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sac Empire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
